4 simple steps to start YOU-TIME practice

If you are one who puts everyone else first and has nothing left to give yourself at the end of the day; No time to quiet your mind, no time for connecting with your heart, no time for play; This is for you.

It doesn’t have to be complicated, all you have to do is commit to 2-5 minutes and follow these very simple steps:

  1. Light a candle
  2. Put on slow and gentle music 
  3. Burn incense or sage
  4. Concentrate on 5 deep breaths

It’s that simple and it only needs to be a few minutes. It will literally create more magic in your day, I promise.
