A Season of Transformation
The past two months have been a whirlwind - moving interstate, finding a new yoga community, and celebrating my wedding. It has been the fastest and most aligned transformation I’ve ever experienced, and my body is still catching up. My spirit, however, is basking in the beauty of it all, and I feel profoundly grateful.
Only six months ago, the most aligned and honest love appeared in my life. No BS, no games, no manipulation—just a pure, authentic soul smiling back at me. Someone who was ready to communicate, love, and build a family, just like me. The ease of it all was uncanny, and we often found ourselves asking, “Is this real?”
We were intentional and purposeful every time we connected, diving deep into heart-opening conversations that often touched the tender spaces of our inner child. The mutual receptivity in these exchanges created a foundation of trust and respect, allowing our relationship to flourish at an exponential speed. Now, just six months later, we find ourselves married, living together, and uniting as one family.
This rapid transformation required me to uplevel in every way. I had to deepen my self-trust to navigate difficult conversations and make choices that aligned with my values. I expanded my self-respect and released connections—both personal and business—that no longer fit this next phase of my life.
What supported these changes?
I stepped away from my business and stopped posting on Instagram. I gave myself a huge amount of mental space, which allowed me to plan a wedding for 200 guests, pack up my home in Byron Bay and find a new Yoga studio on the Gold Coast.
Taking a break from social media turned out to be the best decision I could have made - for both my mental health and my sense of self.
I found myself connecting more in person. My internal dialogue became kinder, and I stopped overthinking.
Now, as I return to this online space, I do so with a renewed sense of connection - to myself and to those I choose to engage with. This pause has given me clarity around what I want to say in the world, how much I want to say, and when I want to say it - free from the pull of trends, updates, or algorithms.
Through this experiment, I’ve realised I no longer want to use social media the way I once did. Instead, I’m returning to a slower, more intentional way of sharing - through my blog and newsletter, just as I did when I started back in 2013. That feels deeply right for me. It creates space for my creativity to flourish and allows me to fully embrace what I’m truly here for.
In the coming months you can expect exciting new changes in my branding, community gatherings and intentional offerings.
Here’s to stepping forward with clarity, intention, and a whole lot of love.
With Love,
