Autumn Equinox

We experience the EQUINOX today in the Southern Hemisphere, Monday 21 March at 2.33am (aedt). It is the time of equal day and night and a turning of the seasons.

In the southern hemisphere we now prepare for cooler days and longer nights. We begin to see the falling of the leaves, and acknowledge what is ahead: a letting go, as our environment goes through a process of shedding and dying off.

It can all seem a little bleak, but it's a great time to acknowledge the polarity of nature and its cycle of life and death, and be grateful for what we have.

Celebrate the equinox today by writing 10 things you are grateful to have in your life.
