This means you can bypass mental blocks and get into a mental flow, enabling new levels of thought and perception, so you can approach problems more effectively.
Theta state also gives you the ability to focus better and become motivated on one idea.

THE FEELINGS THAT ARISE
The space in between is not an easy place for people to be, because they think they should be 'doing something'. Once they settle in to being there, many sensations, thoughts and emotions can arise.
It's important not to get caught up in your story, but to simply allow the emotions to be released and the thoughts to be placed on pages.
This is the beauty of being in the space in between, you have time to BE with what is there. You can't avoid it, you can't dismiss it because you have somewhere to be, you have to acknowledge what is there.
This is a magical place to be, and very healing, because it's where we get to care for ourselves in a way we never have had before.
