1. Scope of Services:

• Light Witch ("Provider") offers circles, events and private mentoring services ("Services") as described on the Provider's website or as agreed upon in writing with the Client.

2. Booking and Payment:

• The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee upon booking to secure the reservation.

• The remaining balance is due 21 days before the scheduled booking date.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or via pay pal, as specified by the Provider.

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit may be forfeited at the Provider's discretion.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations or rescheduling made by the Client more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made by the Client less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking date will result in forfeiture of the full service fee.

• The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking for reasons including but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made.

4. Liability and Indemnification:

• The Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay incurred by the Client or their participants during the provision of Services, except to the extent caused by the Provider's negligence or willful misconduct.

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to, third-party claims.

5. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of Services.

6. Miscellaneous:

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

• Any amendments or modifications to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

7. Acceptance:

• By booking Services with the Provider, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
